Notes: General Membership meeting of Lambda South, Inc. in which new board members were elected to fill vacant positions. Schedule and agenda for February meeting established.

December 13, 2011
Notes: Final board meeting for 2011. Held at Casablanca Restaurant. Updates on financial status of Lambda South and year-end business were discussed.
November 16, 2011
Notes: Holiday events discussed, including Thanksgiving and Christmas day recovery meeting marathons. Holiday donation drives discussed. Major website update for mobile devices.
October 19, 2011
Notes: Post-move punch list items discussed for rebuilt clubhouse. Meeting changes and insurance policy issues discussed now that move is completed.
September 21, 2011
Notes: Moving plans for Lambda South as clubhouse prepares to reopen following fire. Temporary location to be closed with reopening of reconstructed clubhouse.
August 17, 2011
Notes: Review of final clubhouse reconstruction and moving plans. Contractor payments authorized, and issues with Florida Power and Light were discussed.

Notes: Past-President's Luncheon & Board Mtg. held at YOLO Lounge. Clubhouse reconstruction budget discussed as rebuild continues. Storm reinforcements & HVAC discussed.
June 8, 2011
Notes: Past-Presidents' Luncheon finalized, to be held during July 10, 2011 Board Meeting. New insurance issues discussed; conflict of insterest signed; webmaster appointed.
May 11, 2011
Notes: Fundrasing efforts & events discussed; web volunteer appointed in absence of webmaster. Building reconstruction to start May 16, 2011. Rumor control needed. Pride booth setup.

Notes: Invoicing of pledge donors discussed. Temporary location's management needs discussed; rebuilding budget and contractor review discussed.
March 2, 2011
Notes: Security for temporary location discussed, including security cameras. Fundrasing events discussed and dates set for first fundraiser following January's large pledge night.

Lambda South, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Florida.
The corporation is operated by an all-volunteer board of directors that is elected by the membership at-large during an annual membership meeting.
