Update of September 15, 2011
- WE HAVE AIR!!! It will be cool for Open House on Sept. 25!
- They are hanging doors (click photo)
- They are installing the trim (click photo)
- They are installing the exterior pavers (click photo)
- All lighting and fans will be install tomorrow
- Cabinets will be installed on Friday (Sept. 16)
- Final Paint to be completed early next week (Week of 9/19)

- Ceiling Grid Complete (click photo)
- Condensers and mechanical drops intalled, air will be turned on by Friday (click photo)
- Floor Started will be complete by Friday
- Exterior renovation started, exterior fence painting begun

- Window Installation 100% Complete.

- Mechanical Ductwork Rough-In 100% Complete. Inspection of ductwork on August 1. (click photo)
- Electrical Rough-in 100% Complete. Inspection on Aug. 1.
- Insulation and Drywall to start next week.
- Exterior renovation started (see attached photo, look at what is missing)
- Still on Schedule and within Budget!

- All Permit Issues have been resolved

- CO Date still anticipated by September 2, 2011; there may be mid-September move-in date though due to all of the Permit Issues

- Fire & Security Alarm company contract finalized
- Framing of walls and soffits almost complete!
- Plumbing cut-outs complete
- Finalizing pricing on lockers and tables
Update of May 20, 2011
- Site demo is complete & we have all permits!
- Final plan reviewed & Rebuild Team approved layout.
- Alarm company providing final proposal.
- Construction still within budget & still anticipate 9/1 move-in date!
